A blend of three contrasting beers. 1. A high gravity rye beer brewed in June 2020 2. An unboiled raw beer brewed in May 2021 and hopped with NZ grown Wai-iti 3. An amber beer made with aged Citra hops, brewed in August 2021 The blend was dry-hopped with whole-leaf Sorachi Ace prior to bottle conditioning
