Polly's Brew - On the Surface

Since launching in early 2018 they have grown and adapted their setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery. Their passion is to create hop-forward, modern styles of beer; with an emphasis on freshness. They’ve developed and grown their Originals range, the core of their output since day one, to a high level of consistency. From this they’ve been able create the Augment range – the next step in their brewing journey.
