Cloudwater - Going Along As We Make It Up

This jammy delight of a collaboration with our pals at Beak Brewery was made by co-fermenting 500kg of fresh plums with wild ale, before being aged again in Marsala and Port barrels. Fruit and barrel notes resonate through the aroma and flavour, giving sticky sweet plum, light oak and tannins, and hints of fortified wine.
