Elusive - Overdrive (Lap 30: Talus, Simcoe, Amarillo)

Overdrive is a classic American Pale Ale. A clean Pale malt based, boosted by crystal malt, provides the track on which high octane US hops are unleashed to provide a beer that's as dry as asphalt, powerfully aromatic and as bitter as being overtaken on the last bend. We switch the hops up each lap to keep things fresh!
