Simple Things Fermentation - Nectar Wheat IPA (collab Up Front)

A smooth, indulgent IPA from STF and Up Front, brewed with 50% wheat, generously dry hopped and fermented with two yeast strains. Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado and Nectaron hops build layers of tropical fruit with just a touch of dankness over a smooth, juicy base. Co-pitching ‘Nectar’ yeast strain Metschnikowia reukaufii alongside the Saturated strain from WHC adds a further layer of complexity, amplifying the sweet, exotic flavours. Brewed alongside our pals and fellow Glasgow brewers Up Front Brewing.
