Track Brewing - All Is Known

Thick, decadent, sweet and inspired by a dessert - everything a pastry stout should be, surely? That's definitely what we came to the conclusion of when we got our heads together with our long-term friends at Alchemik, from Sofia, Bulgaria. We've played around with some of our favourite adjuncts; Vanilla, Coffee, Marshmallow, Cacao and Lactose to create something that will really put a smile on your face, and help you get through these cold, dark winter months.
