Vault City - 24K Gold (Maple Caramel Carrot Cake)

They told us "you can never make a sour beer with carrots!" but we did, and now we're back to do it again! Our carrot cake inspired pastry sour is vibrantly orange and as luxurious as 24 carat gold. This time round, our take on the cake features over 24 thousand carrots (yes, we did the maths...) and is topped with sweet vanilla icing, gooey caramel chocolate and lashings of maple syrup. Once served by the slice, now by the glass.
