Boxcar, Unity and Duration often collaborate together - a bonding time to discuss the beer styles we love to explore. This time we brewed a crisp, dry Japanese-style rice lager utilises jasmine and local bay leaves to bolster the Loral dry hop. Orange notes and a hint of botanicals add balance to this clean, dry and highly quaffable beer.
