Dookit - Clark's Lager

Clark’s Lager is a light and easy-going pilsner hopped with Fuggle and Pilgrim and made with Glasgow’s wonderfully soft clean water. The bitterness is kept low, and the Hana malt, which was the first ever Czech variety to be used in Pilsners back in the 1840s, adds a freshly baked bread impression. The modest hop additions of Pilgrim and Fuggle offers up hints of pear, red berries and mint. Lagered cold for a month for a supremely satisfying crispness.
