Simple Things Fermentation - Wild Style: Stock Ale

Simple Things’ Stock Ale started life back in 2021 as Burton IPA; a robust beer brewed with 100% heritage barley and English hops. It tastes great fresh, but according to beer boffins these beers are at their best after a year or two aged in an oak barrel. So they aged it for a year or two in an oak barrel.
