DEYA - Wifi Beer (collab Siren)

Brewed with our mates at Siren to celebrate their 10th Anniversary. We pushed the fermentation profile to plump up the layers of juicy fruit. Powdery yeast esters, Citra and Idaho 7, and a creamy mouthfeel for maximum tropical punch vibes. It was our pleasure to brew this beer with Siren Craft Brew, who are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year. This beer was brewed with a high proportion of wheat malt and a little light cara malt for plumpness and sweetness respectively. We split the brew and pushed the fermentation profile to plump up the layers of juicy fruit. This gave us a really juicy sweet tropical base on which to dry hop. We sent in Citra, Idaho 7, Azacca and a pinch of Sabro. Sabro can be divisive, but small amounts make the juicy fruit pop. So there!
