Epochal - Christmas Day 2023

A new batch of our wondrous Christmas beer! This is a 6% stock pale ale inspired by Scotland's 19th Century pale ale brewing traditions but with festive additions: it's fermented with clementines in Rioja casks. It's pale and foaming with orange, subtle spice, funk and acidity. On the palate, incredibly light, spritzy, drinkable yet complex and intense.
