Who better to experiment with than North? We brewed a cold IPA using pilsner malts, Kolsch yeast and lots of hops. Basically the flavour of a NEIPA with the light body of a lager making it dangerously easy to drink.
Hops: Idaho 7, Idaho 7 Cryo, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial
