Young talented winemaker to watch out, Jan-Phillipp has been working very closely with Jan-Matthias Klein at Staffelter Hof winery who gave him some vines to work with for his own project.
Very limited production, organic certified, Pinot Noir is hand- picked. 50% is macerated for 24 hours then all are gently pressed and fermented spontaneously. No added SO2. The wine is so much fun, fresh and delicious. Guava and grapefruit with a nice minerality to finish and at only 10.5% abv
