Fallen Acorn - Valkrie

Legend has it the Norse would either die valiantly in battle and be taken to glorious Valhalla by the Valkyrie, or pass away naturally and suffer Niflheim, the realm ruled by the goddess Hel. The dark and the light. This two part collaboration between Driftwood Spars and Fallen Acorn explores each realm through the medium of beer. Part 2 of this collaborative project takes our love of New England IPA, alongside Driftwood’s practise of solely using English hops - Olicana, Jester, and Harliquin in this case, for huge passionfruit and pithy stone fruit waves
