Two Flints - Saison I (collab Burning Sky)

In collaboration with Burning Sky. Saison I is brilliantly golden yellow in colour with a robust meringue like foam. We fermented at cooler temperatures to encourage more citrussy notes and promoted the spice character from the yeast by adding crushed coriander, pink peppercorns & grains of paradise alongside European noble hops. Refreshing, dry and slightly bitter, the grist includes both spelt and buckwheat providing a rustic quality and a fuller body, it’s the perfect spring time beer.
