Threads Dark Sour is brewed with foraged wild elderberries in Collaboration with couture kaftan queen and mistress of the most spectacular of dark arts, Fumbalinas. Elegant and extravagant, Threads is a velvety shade of deep purple in the glass, offering aromas of sharp, earthy hedgerow berries that mingle with the dark chocolate and molasses offerings of toasted malts. A sprightly sourness and spritzy carbonation lift the aromas into lasting flavours of ripe earthiness, dark berry sweetness and just a touch of burnt bitterness delivering a compelling pentacle of flavour and balance.
