We’d have to. From the first sip, Vulpes bombards you with intense, bitter dark chocolate from the combination of malts, followed by the boozy notes you'd expect from a beer of this calibre. Age has allowed the more nuanced flavours to become more prevalent. Shorter days and lengthening shadows herald quieter times and a chance to relax, reflect and take stock
