Utopian - Frankishes Rotbier

This old-world style Rotbier is our homage to the Franconian Amber lagers brewed since the 1500’s. We use a traditional double decoction mash to develop rich, bready malt flavours beautifully balanced by a generous hopping with traditional British Fuggles hops. A deep Amber colour with a soft gentle pallet makes this a beer to be savoured and a perfect beer to celebrate our 4th anniversary.
