SIBA Scotland Specialty & Flavoured Beer Gold Medal & Category Champion, Inspired by Georgian amber wine. A blend of three saisons, two from cider butts, one from Chardon nay barrel and a seaweed gose aged in a gin barrel. Further aged on marigolds, borage and boosted with terpenes. Bright floral, tropical, vinous aromas. Orange, stone fruit, floral body backed by fresh acidity and minerality. Lasting citrus, mineral finish.
