Track - Harvest Ale #3: Auburn 2025 | Brown Ale

The first of three collaborations with Manchester Hop Project for this years' Harvest. A combination of well-kilned malt varieties gives this Brown Ale notes of black treacle, cinder toffee, cacao nibs and roast chestnuts. All complimented by an earthy, herbal and delicately spicy hop character from locally grown, fresh Hallertau Mittlefrüh, Magnum and Fuggles.
