For our 2025 American Barleywine, we have teamed up with our mates at Hoppy People from Sierre in Switzerland, and selected 5 of our favourite hops from this year: Moutere, Azacca, Nelson Sauvin, Cashmere CGX & Azacca Quantum Brite, coming in at an ABV of 10.5%. Either choose to drink it fresh, or you can wait for it to age past 6 months & see the flavours develop over time.
