Newbarns - Zipper (collab Siren) | Shandy

It’s been a long time coming, but here we have our first collab with one of the breweries that kicked off our career in beer and inspired us to do what we’re doing now. Zipper is a full strength Radler. It was an honour to have our career-long friends from @sirencraftbrew up to the brewery to help us make a super refreshing lemony, hoppy and zippy cross between a traditional radler and a cold IPA. It’s the perfect summery culmination of our joint history in beer. We spent hours deciding on which hops to use and finally settled on some multi-purpose stunners in Cashmere and Eclipse. Our journey in the beer industry came to life when Gordon started volunteering at Siren when they had just opened in 2013 while Emma was working away in a beer bar in London. We hold so many fond memories of that time in the industry. The beer scene was truly exploding here in the UK and it was such an exciting time to be in.
