Project firmly established as the flagship larger-than-life IPA series by now, weÕve joined forces with two of our favourite experts in hop-forward big-brews for a TIPA which celebrates the harvest by putting NZ headliners Nelson Sauvin and Motueka front and centre of the flavour profile.
US Hop Breeding program Yakima Chief and German Hop Royalty John I. Haas have collaborated on a new varietal which descends from Warrior and Ekuanot, but has a flavour profile reminiscent of typical NZ hop profiles. HBC-568 might not have the most memorable name, but you wonÕt forget its aggressive tropical mango, guava, and lychee notes in a hurry. Expect bright, high intensity citrus & gooseberry, mouthwatering tropical juice, and faint floral, spicy herbal whispers all with a velvety mouthfeel and a crisp, clean finish from the oat & wheat base.
