Two Flints - Chilly Bin

All out New Zealand affair with our friends Phantom from down the road. Super Sauvin (Nelson Sauvin combined with Phantasm powder) was added during active fermentation to boost thiol production which we paired alongside Nelson Sauvin and Motueka T90. We're tasting juicy apricot, green fruit pastilles and the unmistakable Sauvignon character from Nelson.
