Neon Raptor - Triple Fruited Raptor (collab with North Brewing Co.)

This long overdue collaboration with our friends at North is a thirst-quenching sour gose style beer. The physalis, lychee, ginger and salt provide a perfect balance of fruity sweetness, tart juiciness, gentle salinity and a mild spiciness at the end.
