Single-hopped with Motueka for a lime like sharpness and a waft of weedy dankness and gooseberry too. Picture this, a daisy fresh DIPA that takes your tastebuds on a first class flight to Wellington, NZ... A bright aroma swirls around the glass. Overripe Pineapple flesh and shredded Lime zest jump out in abundance. Upon the first sip, freshly muddled Mojitos at the beach-bar unite with the juice of tinned Peaches and pulpy Passionfruit.
