Burnt Mill - Land of Secrets

Barley Wine 10.5%. We created a rich and complex barley wine with white peach and apricot aromas. For this special beer we used local floor malted Maris Otter malt and dry hopped with some classics including Chinook, Citra, Columbus and Simcoe, resulting in balanced boozy, citrus flavours.
