Cloudwater - Echo Dream (collab FLOC)

Brewed in collaboration with our friends from FLOC in Canterbury, we have crammed in a silly amount of southern hemisphere hops to create a DIPA that is a true flavour bomb. A soft and pillowy body is contrasted by bold New Zealand and Australian hops. We have used Riwaka for some punchy citrus and passionfruit notes, Galaxy hops to bring out thickness and pine, while NZ Cascade balances everything out with tropical juiciness.
