Ampersand - Experiments In Evil Brett #3 | Imperial Stout

This is our 3rd Bretted release of our barrel aged EiE Imperial Stout series that has spent over 2 years secondary fermenting & conditioning on WLP648 Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Trois Vrai in Rum barrels. This strain of Brett imparts some sour character with notes of pear balanced with the big bold dark chocolate & coffee from the base stout.
