DEYA - Picnic Beer | Apple

This beer was made using Pomace from Foxwhelp apples. Foxwhelp is one of the oldest known varieties of cider apples, once highly prized, now rather rare. Bright, tangy sherbert with waves of floral freshness on the nose. A suggestion of sweetness leads into a rounded mid palate which shows lots of ripe green apple. The depth of apple flavour continues all the way through to a creamy acidity and is punctuated by a light oak sweetness. Made with fruit harvested in 2022 from Little Pomona.
