Fin - Area 51

This is another lo-fi pet nat from Fin Wines, which focuses on showing off the terroir and the purity of the varietals (while always paying homage to the original owners of the land). Fin Wines produces young fresh wines, ciders and "fun" drinks with an emphasis on drinkability. Minimal additions, no filtering, spontaneous fermentation. Fin Wines says: "Our alien baby. Homage to Carl Sagan and Sigourney Weaver. An extraterrestrial sparkling rose made with carbonic Cabernet, grown lovingly by our friends from Sutherland estate in Dixons Creek. Ancestral method.
