Full Circle - Call of Quercus - Rum Barrel Aged (12 Months) - Parkin at the Moon

After brewing our Yorkshire Parkin Imperial Stout with our friends at Tartarus, we transferred some over to Plantation Rum barrels. To describe this beer in one word, would be Decadent. It's incredibly thick and pours like a treacle.
