Set up on the stunning Kent coast by 3 friends from Deal, Time & Tide Brewing are fuelled by passion, a sense of fun, and an unrelenting dedication to making the best beer they can. In 2019 they started collaborating with the Deal Hop Farm, growing hops on a patchwork farm in and around Deal. They use Prima Donna hops to make more traditional beers in cask and cans. Together have brewed Big Fish, Little Fish, a big, juicy TIPA with a light finish showcasing dank Idaho 7, pineapple juice El Dorado, and soft, citrus NZ Cascade
