This is a simple beer brewed with oats that was fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, then aged in oak for one year. It is a blend of multiple barrels to create the balance that we are aiming for. Bright, clean and acidic with notable lemon and hay aroma and flavour.
