Donzoko Brewing - Leithzig Gose

A 3.5% traditional German-style gose brewed with Cafe Beermoth for their 10th anniversary. It's a super clean classic style gose with salt and coriander which we are delighted with. Leithzig is a pun on traditional german Gose's coming from the town of Leipzig and Donzoko being based in Leith. The more you know!
