Epochal - Gavagai

Scottish stock pale ale brewed with old landrace barley variety, Scotch Common, and hopped predominantly with Goldings. The blend was chosen from beers aged 3-8 months to integrate deliciously with a dry hopping of whole flower Nelson Sauvin with which the beer steeped briefly before an addition of fresh beer was made to bring the beer into fine condition in bottles and kegs. Bright with pineapple, coconut, gooseberry and deep with complex, intense funk. It is light, sharp and bitter on the palate.
