Full Circle - Northern Summit (North Brewing collab)

North Brewing Collab - Fresh Hop West Coast IPA Together with our friends over at North Brewing we made our first-ever fresh hop beer. The Azacca hops arrived frozen all the way from the USA (it was all very exciting). This beer is very unique. We loaded the kettle up with a s**t tonne of Azacca hops and then no further additions through fermentation. It is reminiscent of an old-style IPA. It's quite simply piney, citrusy deliciousness.
