Holy Goat - Dagonaut


Tropical Sour with Dragonfruit and Lime This blended golden sour ale was fermented with our most tropical Brettanomyces yeast which produces passionfruit and mango esters and a subtle but growing funk. We refermented and conditioned this base beer on Vietnamese pink dragonfruit and Brazilian limes.
