Moonwake - Dolcita IPA (Mother Tongue Collab) | IPA

We've combined the passions of both breweries and banged out a tasty 6% Cold IPA. We added some flaked rice to the grist to keep it dry and crisp, fermentated with lager yeast at a warmer temperature to produce some nice fruitty esters, and whirlpool and dry hopped it with heaps of Dolcita - a new to market hop from Yakima Chief. There's a good whack of Citra in there too! Tropical, Peachy, Coconuty goodness.
