Newbarns - Karl's Mild | Dark Mild

Two years after Gordon’s Comfort Mild was brewed at Omnipollos Kyrka, here we finally are with Karl’s Mild! The 4th instalment of our dark mild collab with Omnipollo! After the sweetest surprise that they chose to name two of their versions of the mild after Gordon and myself, we couldn’t wait to return the gesture. This is such a beautifully balanced brew, super roasty but with just the right amount of sweetness to make it feel like a big welcoming hug.
