Newton Park Brewing + Left Handed Giant - Level Up

Our first collab & We've made it a big one, brewed with our buddies at LHG ? after buying their old kit and moving into their old brewery, It'seemed only fitting that our first DIPA should be brewed with them! We've not chased the haze with this beer and taken a modern approach to a West Coast style Double IPA. We kept the bitterness low and the hop intensity high with flavours of tropical fruit, cotton candy, green melon & mango. A clean yeast profile, perfectly balanced by a resinous back note and a hint of pepper from the Loral.
