Noita - White Sprtizer

Leftover skins and rinds from the production of white wines are used with apple juice to make a low-alcohol (5.5%), naturally bubbly starter wine spritzer. Witch Spritzer White is yellowish in colour, dry, appley, fruity and slightly spicy on the palate. The drink is unfiltered, organic and vegan, with minimal intervention in its preparation into a spritzer. Noita Winery wines are primary wines. They are handcrafted as organically as possible, with no added yeast. The wines are suitable for vegans. This can has a slight hoppy/beer aspect to it but it's super fresh and tasty. Easy to drink. Especially on sunny days.
