Northern Monk - Infinity Vortex

Originally brewed during Hop City 2018 with US breweries Other Half & Equilibrium, Infinity Vortex instantly became the stuff of legend. Starting with a 7.4% fluffy base of Pale, Wheat, Naked Oats and Flaked Oats, we used Citra for a mid-fermentation dry hop, followed by two 12g/l additions of more Citra, El Dorado, Cashmere, and Mosaic Cryo, bringing a perfect harmony of tropical juice, citrus fruit, and pine from our then-biggest dry hop addition ever, totalling 30g/l. This game changer of an IPA is still the benchmark by which all of our other IPAÕs are judged, and a worthy winner of the public vote to become the inaugural inductee into the Patrons Projects Hall of Fame.
