Northern Monk - OFS067 // NZ Red Ale

A tribute to 8 Wired “Tall Poppy”, a landmark beer for New Zealand craft brewing which won awards and captured the attention of drinkers and brewers alike when it first hit Europe. With a malty base combining caramel and fruit, we used the same hops at the original and turned everything up a notch in true Monk style.
