Omnipollo - Barrel Aged Bianca Raspberry Lassi Gose | BA Pastry Sour

We got together with the insanely talented Marius (Marlobobo) to dream up this project over a year. Starting with a massive blueberry maple pancake lassi gose in fresh Four Roses Bourbon barrels this beer then got transferred into a Marlobobo blueberry Aquavit mead barrel. Finished in a post barrel blend with 120 liters of Stevsnberry (Cherry) juice courtesy Marlobobo. Please enjoy the fruits of our labour!
