Polly's Brew - Slow Talus

It could be said that we’ve fallen in love with Talus here at Polly’s. Wanting to show our appreciation for this incredible stateside slammer, we’ve gone classic Polly’s with a modern IPA single hop showcase here in Slow Talus. Part of the Hop Breeding Company’s experimental profile, created through open pollination and given the number HBC 692, this incredible varietal is a direct descendent of another in-house favourite Sabro, but with much more balanced flavour intensity. Those signature coconut notes are there, but much more subdued and less overwhelming than its parent – think a whole host of stonefruit, grapefruit, oak and pine to back up those pina colada vibes.
