IPA hopped with Spectrum Citra and Spectrum Mosaic. Spectrum are liquid hops. Just 100% hops and nothing else. But liquid. Science eh! We met Sáez & Son while selecting hops in the US of A so we thought we’d get nerdy with some fellow hop sniffers.
