Simple Things Fermentation - Honey Tripel - Big Ideas Series 33

A strong, golden ale brewed with malted barley, Tettnang hops and Manuka Honey from New Zealand’s Taylor Pass and fermented with a Belgian yeast strain selected for its big fruity characteristics with hints of subtle spice. Like all good Tripels, its joy lies in the many levels and layers of flavour wrapped up in a beer that’s deceptively light and easy drinking. Pouring a deep golden colour with white foam, the aroma is classic Tripel banana fruit and cereal with soft honey notes. There’s a warming glow and plenty to savour but it’s a smooth and immensely enjoyable beer with a crisp, dry finish.
