Here, Maris Otter, Aromatic and Dark Crystal malts lay a sweet foundation of soft sticky toffee and date; multiple additions of Centennial in the boil, a generous dry hop with Idaho 7 and Mosaic and finally a healthy dose of Simcoe Abstrax ensure all the key West Coast attractions are visited and enjoyed.
